WSG series of rotary vacuum dryer
Thermal energy (such as hot water, low pressure steam or heat conduction oil) goes through an airtight layer, heat passes to the drying material through the inner wall. Under power driven, the tank shall slowly rotate, tank material will unceasingly mix, thus achieving the goal of strengthening drying effect. Materials are in the vacuum state, the vapor pressure drop will make material surface moisture (solvent) reach saturation condition and evaporate, and exhaust recycling could be realized by the vacuum pump in a timely manner. Materials inner moisture (solvent) will infiltrate and discharge continuously to the surface, the material shall achieve drying in a short time.
