ZKS series of vacuum feeder
ZKS vacuum feeding machine is made up of the vacuum pump (no oil and water) or roots blower, stainless steel suction mouth, conveying hose, PE filter (or stainless steel filter), compressed air blowback device, pneumatic feeding gate device, vacuum hopper, material level automatic control device and so on. The whole system is reasonably designed and exquisitely manufactured. The Vacuum feeder use vortex pump to exhaust to made the both the suction nozzle inlet and the whole system stay in a vacuum state. And the powder material as well as the outside air is inhaled into the suction nozzle, forming the material flow, which goes through material suction tube to the hopper where separate the gas and material. The separated materials enter into the receiving device. Feeding--discharging is completed through pneumatic three-way valve on and off constantly, and pneumatic three-way valve is controlled by the control center to switch.
The vacuum feeder is equipped with compressed air blowback device. For every time of discharging, compressed air pulse inverse blow filters strike down the powders that adsorbed on the surface of the filter in order to ensure the normal operation of materials suction.
This machine is the most advanced and perfect vacuum conveying equipment for powder, granular and mixed materials. Vacuum feeder could automatically convey all kinds of materials to the hopper of packaging machine, injection molding machine, grinder and other equipments, it can also convey the mixed materials directly to the mixer (such as V mixer, double cone mixer, single cone mixer, etc.), which reduce the labor intensity of workers, solve the problem of dust overflow when feeding, etc and is a first choice for the production of ceramics, abrasives, medicine, chemical, food industries.

The conveying capacity is measured on the condition that the conveying pipe length is 4 meters, conveying material is flour. The longer the pipeline, the lower the conveying capacity. The conveying capacity also has a great relationship with the proportion of material and such features as material’s particle size. |
